How do course reports work ?
How to write your report :
You must fill out the course reports within 6 hours of the start time of the lessons (if your lesson takes place at 10:00 am, it will automatically close at 4:00 pm automatically counting you as absent). Within 24 hours before the lesson
1 - If you have agreed with your student, we can schedule the course within 24 hours for you and him/her.
2- Regardless of the reason for the absence, if a student does not show up for class or asks to cancel within 24 hours, he/she will be counted absent from class and will have to contact customer service at customer@lingueo.com to get his/her time back and reschedule it beyond the next 24 hours.
