How to write your report :

| Fill in the reports by computer, they are not taken into account if they are sent via tablet or cell phone

You must fill out the course reports within 6 hours of the start time of the lessons (if your lesson takes place at 10:00 am, it will automatically close at 4:00 pm automatically counting you as absent). We advise you to keep the last 3 minutes of class to fill it out by including your student in the written part in order to do it on time and not to forget to fill it out later.

FIRST STEP

SECOND STEP

Indicate whether the lesson took place YES or NO

IF THE ANSWER IS NO

1) You must then indicate that the course was not held by "Teacher No-Show" or "Student No-Show". A student is absent if he hasn't shown for 15minutes minimum, please stay 15minutes before counting them absent.

If you indicate "Teacher No-Show" you will be counted as absent.

How do I validate my student's photo?

In order to ensure that the LILATE level reflects the level of the person taking the course, it is now mandatory for new students to add a profile picture to their account. In order for a profile picture to be validated, you will need to verify that the person in the picture is the person you are teaching when you submit your course report.

If this is the case, click on "It's ok".
If it is not the same person, click on "This is not my student".

Thus, each time one of your students changes his or her photo, you will be asked to validate it during the next report.

The CEFRL

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is the method by which students are graded at Lingueo in order to obtain the LILATE certificate.

A1 - Basic user (introductory or discovery level)

Understands and uses familiar everyday expressions and very simple statements aimed at satisfying concrete needs
Being able to introduce oneself or someone else
Being able to ask and answer questions about a person
Communicate in a simple way if the interlocutor speaks slowly and clearly and is cooperative

A2 - Basic user (intermediate or common level)

Understands isolated sentences and frequently uses expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, work, etc.)
Being able to communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters
Can describe in simple terms his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need

B1 - Independent user (threshold level)

Understands the main points of a discussion when clear, standard language is used and when it concerns familiar matters at work, school, leisure, etc.

I don't have enough students, what can I do ?

If you find that your schedule does not have enough bookings, here are some tips to follow :

1 - More courses with my students who are at the end of their training

Some of the students will complete their training soon, and some have already finished. Bear in mind that your students can continue taking lessons with you by using their CPF accounts. Indeed, in France, whether you are self-employed or employed, you have a government account with money that you can use for training with some companies like ours, that meet specific legal criterias and requirements.

We recommend that you talk to your students about this before they finish their training so that they can contact their Lingueo Representative : each student has one to help them manage the administrative side for registering. If they cannot find the name of said Representative, they can contact customer service at customer@lingueo.com.

2 - Improvements to my account

We also advise you to make changes to your Teacher account.

Add availabilities in General Availabilities
Ask your students and alumni to rate your performance from their client accounts to increase your Lingueo Score

During the year, at time we have a lot of students, at times it slows down. We do have students coming in all year long, that doesn't change.

I have a 5H "LILATE" training, what should I do ?

| Designed by the LINGUEO group, the LILATE (Live Language Test) is a 5-hour placement test to evaluate the level of an abiility of a student to use a foreign language to work.

The LILATE as a placement test ____ The LILATE is used to assess a person's level, often to evaluate the number of hours of a future training.

How to evaluate the skills of a candidate.

**In this case, the LILATE test is done in 5 hours between the teacher and the student.

The categories to be evaluated are the following for each of the 5 courses:

Grammar
Expression
Comprehension
Vocabulary
Accent

| If the test has specific evaluation criteria requested by the candidate's company/employer, we will send you a Google Docs evaluation form to fill out in addition to the report in your teacher account. | If we do not send you an additional form, you will only need to fill out the report in your teacher account.

These tests serve as a basis for companies or students to know if they will need to take more classes in the future. It is therefore very important to evaluate the real level of the candidate: do not be too nice or too mean. The result should not be debatable by another evaluator.
